Although a color chart is used, it is not used for manual color matching, but only for setting exposure and profiling the camera, making use of the black white and gray patches.
The show was in the Carroussel du Louvre, under the Louvre museum.
Here Artrust was presenting their system to auto certify gallery quality prints made on the large format Z3200 or Z6100 Printers
The Simesitem is a specialized trade show for museum experts and professionals. A lot of interest was show in our unique system in Europe for digitizing fine art and certifying it.
If one is going to digitize a collecton - with all the effort involved, then try to capture as much information as possible, along with the true color measurements !
